Key Responsibilities

  • •Interface with customers via telephone, emails, and chat to assist effectively with high-level customer service.
  • •Respond to customer requests and queries regarding service, product, and account information.
  • •Support high-volume inbound call interactions and maintain performance at a high level.
  • •Use multiple applications/CRM systems while multitasking during customer conversations.
  • •Support delinquent accounts by assisting customers and taking appropriate next steps to satisfy their needs.

Key Requirements

  • •Meet education requirements: a minimum of 4 CXC/GCE subjects including English Language and a numeric subject, or a U.S. high school diploma or GED.
  • •Have a valid (not expired) government-issued ID, TRN, and NIS card.
  • •Be available to work any day and any assigned shift weekly, including weekends and public holidays.
  • •Be able to train and/or work onsite.
  • •Demonstrate strong customer service ability, problem-solving, attention to detail, and the ability to quickly identify customer needs and take appropriate action.
