Set up and maintain a clean, well-stocked dishwashing operation for Brooklyn Bowl in the LINQ Promenade. Collect and sort used kitchenware, load/unload dishwashing machines, wash items by hand, sanitize kitchen areas, and manage storage and garbage removal. You’ll follow company and health/safety procedures, keep supplies stocked, and ensure enough clean dishes and utensils during peak hours while supporting a positive guest and coworker experience.
