Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the monthly OneStream consolidation process, including U.S. Oracle financial systems and non-core/international locations.
  • •Oversee accounting, reporting, and impairment testing for investments, goodwill, intangible assets, and equity.
  • •Prepare and review monthly reporting, balance sheet reconciliations, account analyses, and flux commentary.
  • •Govern consolidated intercompany processes, including inter- and intra-divisional balances and transactions.
  • •Support audits/internal controls and drive process improvements, automation, and standardization; lead and develop a team of 2 employees.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business, and/or finance with 6+ years’ accounting experience (or alternative degree/experience pathways described in posting).
  • •1+ year experience in a management or lead role.
  • •At least 2+ years in consolidation or intercompany accounting for a large, multinational company (strongly preferred).
  • •Strong knowledge of month-end close, internal controls, and U.S. GAAP.
  • •Proficiency with consolidation/intercompany tools such as Hyperion Financial Manager and/or OneStream (Oracle Financials, Blackline, and Power BI preferred).
