Store Supervisor / Vöruhúsastjóri

Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations at Alcoa Fjarðaál, ensuring materials receipt, storage, picking, preparation, delivery, and returns are carried out safely and in line with internal procedures and safety/quality standards. Manage warehouse organization, space utilization, housekeeping, and inventory accuracy with reliable records and traceability. Lead and develop warehouse personnel, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and drive performance improvements through metrics and audit readiness.
