Job Summary

The Associate Clinical Oncology Specialist develops and maintains relationships with oncology accounts, driving unit growth and patient retention for Natera’s oncology products. You’ll work with healthcare professionals to optimize test ordering and patient adherence, analyze patient testing data, and collaborate with sales, coordinators, and territory managers to improve clinical workflows and outcomes in Westchester, NY.

Key Responsibilities

•Work with assigned COS to grow, maintain and support existing customers.
•Build relationships with key personnel at assigned Oncology accounts to facilitate unit growth.
•Analyze and monitor patient testing to ensure patients remain on the protocol prescribed by the Oncologist.
•Assess the needs of medical professionals and staff with focus on customer support, logistics coordination, and problem solving.
•Become experts on all Natera Oncology products and processes to maximize field effectiveness.
•Educate medical professionals on the tools and resources that Natera provides to facilitate test order management.
•Utilize and maintain internal reports of KPIs related to patient retention and fulfilled order volume.
•Be a key team player within the sales organization who can partner with internal stakeholders to achieve outcomes for patients and providers.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 110,000 - 130,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree preferred or Associate’s degree with minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
•Minimum of 2 years of sales experience and/or medical assistant/clinical support/patient liaison or nursing background.
•Strong interpersonal and analytical skills with ability to work in ambiguous environments.
•Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel; Gmail; ability to quickly learn software and reporting systems.
•Excellent organizational and communication skills, with ability to present to internal and external customers.
