Key Responsibilities

  • •Follow agreed product/program processes, SOPs, and related notes to ensure timely execution and correct recording of purchase/sale and trade invoices.
  • •Post accounting entries accurately and ensure no bookkeeping errors while preparing trial balances and financial statements.
  • •Perform and review daily reconciliations across multiple systems; publish reconciliation status to management and drive issue resolution.
  • •Ensure correct execution of SWIFT and UAEFTS payments and maintain knowledge of trade cycle, compliance, and EDD screening to avoid errors.
  • •Coordinate end-to-end with internal/external audit and relevant stakeholders for exceptions, clarifications, and closure of outstanding items.

Key Requirements

  • •CA, ACCA, or a master’s degree in accounting & finance.
  • •3-7 years of relevant working experience in accounting, finance, and trade facilities.
  • •Complete understanding of accounting standards (IFRS) and APPM to ensure accurate accruals and reporting.
  • •Experience handling multiple system UATs, defining requirements, and meeting deadlines.
  • •Experience performing EDD and Compliance screening on requests and trade documents, with strong reconciliation experience between systems.
