•Build and maintain targeted candidate lists for current and future roles, especially across technical, operational, and mission-aligned talent.
•Support outbound recruiting campaigns, including candidate research, outreach drafts, response tracking, and follow-up.
•Coordinate interviews across candidates, hiring managers, and interview teams.
•Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process with warmth, clarity, and professionalism.

•Experience in recruiting coordination, sourcing, people operations, HR administration, talent acquisition support, or a similar role.
