Key Responsibilities

  • •Receives and records dining reservations via the telephone.
  • •Ensures proper setup of dining and service areas and maintains cleanliness of stations, tables, and work areas.
  • •Escorts patrons to tables, requests guests wait in the waiting area when no table is available, and books dining reservations and arranges parties/special services.
  • •Presents menus, makes recommendations, and learns all menus and specials.
  • •Resolves guest concerns promptly and assists with event-related setup and related duties.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma/GED and 1+ years’ customer service experience in the hospitality industry (preferred).
  • •Customer-service focused, team player with a willingness to help other employees.
  • •Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekend and evening shifts.
  • •Ability to work 6+ hour shifts with long periods of walking and standing.
  • •Strong time management skills.
