Process Improvement Engineering Manager

Lead end-to-end process improvement across Smithfield’s manufacturing network, driving higher operational efficiency, product flow, and cost efficiency. You’ll implement lean practices (Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, A3), use data and root-cause analysis to target continuous improvement, and develop labor standards, SOPs, and production measurement systems. Partner with Operations, Quality, Maintenance, and Supply Chain while building and mentoring high-performing engineering teams and ensuring compliance through audits and governance.
