Key Responsibilities

•Interact with guests in a friendly manner and suggestively sell beverages and menu items
•Take and prioritize drink orders; deliver food items and beverage orders promptly
•Prepare beverages per standard recipes and venue specifications, following required control systems
•Maintain HOB safety and sanitation standards and complete opening/running/closing duties
•Refuse alcohol service to intoxicated guests, verify IDs for guests under 30, and record equipment failures/safety hazards in the bar log

Key Requirements

•Complete required pour testing and pass a mixology drill (timed)
•Responsible Alcohol Awareness Training certification (or equivalent) and ability to ensure responsible alcohol service
•Cash handling experience and ability to process payments and prepare guest checks
•Ability to lift or move up to 25 lbs using proper lifting techniques
•Strong interpersonal communication and teamwork skills, including dealing with intoxicated guests safely
