Key Responsibilities

  • •Refine and evolve people analytics frameworks, data standards, metrics, and insights to ensure accuracy, compliance, and scalability.
  • •Plan and execute high-priority data projects, managing end-to-end deliverables.
  • •Research, identify, and prototype next-generation AI and automation tools for data and analytics infrastructure.
  • •Develop analyses and tools to help recruit, retain, and develop talent.
  • •Analyze internal and external workforce data to extract insights and support data-driven HR decisions.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 149,800 - 188,100 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (or in the process of obtaining one) plus at least 6 years of data analytics experience, or a Master’s degree plus at least 4 years with the expectation the degree will be obtained by the start date.
  • •At least 4 years of professional data analysis experience.
  • •At least 4 years of experience performing programming.
  • •At least 4 years of experience with Python, R, Spark, or SQL.
  • •Experience managing people (preferred: at least 1 year) and experience building analytics tools/dashboards (preferred).
