Job Summary

Own procurement for the Sales Activation category in France, partnering with local stakeholders and Global Category Managers to co-build sourcing strategy. Lead bids, supplier negotiations, and key supplier relationship management while driving competitiveness, quality, sustainability, and risk control. Analyze spend and KPI to deliver continuous improvement, consolidate the supplier panel, and ensure local alignment with the Group’s procurement policies.

Key Responsibilities

•Define and deploy the procurement strategy for the Sales Activation category in France.
•Identify procurement performance levers across cost competitiveness, quality, innovation, sustainability, and risk management.
•Collect and challenge internal stakeholder needs and align local actions with the Group’s procurement strategy.
•Lead supplier tenders/consultations/negotiations and manage key supplier relationships.
•Analyze spend, needs, and KPIs to build continuous improvement action plans and support Global Category teams with market and supplier insights.

Key Requirements

•Higher education, ideally specialized in procurement, supply chain, business, or equivalent.
•At least 5 years of procurement experience, with significant exposure to Sales Activation categories.
•Experience within an FMCG procurement organization at local or regional level.
•Strong mastery of sourcing processes/methodologies, procurement analysis, and cost models.
•Fluent/very good English; Spanish is a plus.
