Oversee the Food & Beverage stewarding operation to ensure smooth, efficient delivery of the guest experience. Manage the stewarding team, run hygienic kitchen standards in line with HACCP, conduct quarterly inventory of operating equipment, and maintain chemical and supply costs within budget. Lead cleanliness and back-of-house readiness, prepare work schedules, monitor operations during peak periods, and ensure compliance with UAE laws and safety procedures.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage the stewarding team and ensure efficient Food & Beverage operations.

•Prepare and post weekly work schedules reflecting business needs and KPIs; adjust staffing during peak periods.
•Enforce UAE laws and Health, Safety & Environmental policies, report safety concerns, and ensure readiness for emergency procedures.

•High School Diploma.
•1-2 years in the same role or 4 years as Assistant Chief Steward.
•Ability to work under pressure.
•Ability to work well with others as a team member.
