Own HRIS digital transformation by implementing, testing, and supporting new HR systems across Raya’s portfolio. Gather and document HRIS requirements with HR teams, act as the key point of contact with system providers, and maintain operational documentation. Analyze HR data for reporting readiness, build dashboards, and evaluate AI-driven tools to improve accuracy and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

•Implement new HR systems and participate in system testing, including UAT, to ensure functionality and alignment with business needs.
•Collaborate with HR teams and portfolio companies to gather HRIS requirements, define supporting procedures, and maintain operational documentation.
•Serve as the main point of contact between Raya Holding, system providers, and HR teams for HRIS matters (issues, licenses, invoices).
•Support daily HR operations by maintaining, enhancing, and troubleshooting HR systems and interfaces, including upgrades and continuous monitoring.
•Analyze HR data for trends and reporting readiness; design and deliver reports/dashboards and ensure data integrity across HRIS platforms.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 2-3 years of functional & technical experience, with experience as a systems analyst and/or HRIS analyst preferred.
•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering or information technology/administration/finance or a related field.
•Functional knowledge of HRIS modules and understanding of how HR systems affect business unit efficiency.
•Strong ability to work with and analyze Excel spreadsheets plus MS-Word, Access, PowerPoint, and Visio.
•Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information and communicate system updates clearly; flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
