Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead construction across site work, including structural systems, exterior envelope, MEP infrastructure, and server move-in.
  • •Manage field operations, subcontractors, and safety while aligning internal and external teams with the General Contractor.
  • •Oversee site improvements, installations, offices/finishes, HVAC distribution, and site logistics through turnover to operations.
  • •Maintain project schedules, budgets, cost tracking, and change orders; provide updates on progress, risks, and milestones.
  • •Conduct site inspections and enforce QA/QC and safety standards; coordinate with design, engineering, operations, and commissioning teams.
