Job Summary

Own the Bose physical retail experience across assigned resellers, managing end-to-end in-store execution to hit POS productivity, display deployment, product health, and training/advoacy targets. Build and improve retail processes and reporting, partner with Bose teams and 3PL agencies, and coordinate product launch planning. Lead joint business planning with resellers, drive sell-in/sell-through of national initiatives, and visit stores to assess execution and continuously improve performance and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage the end-to-end shopper experience at UK, Irish, and Scandinavian retailers through retail operations execution.
•Continuously improve in-store execution elements to achieve POS productivity targets for display, functionality, training, and advocacy.
•Partner with resellers and internal Bose stakeholders (e.g., display operations, training, supply chain, trade marketing) and 3PL agencies to deliver retail excellence strategies and annual goals.
•Negotiate and manage 3PL contracts and resources, evaluate performance, and define corrective actions to improve POS productivity.
•Drive sell-in/sell-through and retail initiatives with resellers, including joint business planning, operational improvement plans, and regular store visits to assess execution and compliance.

Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

•7+ years demonstratable experience in UK CE retail.
•Manage retail execution end to end to achieve POS productivity targets.
•Be willing to travel (20%) outside of the UK.
•Fluent in English; Nordic languages are a plus.
•UK-based.
