Key Responsibilities

•Own MacBook deployment for new hires and refresh cycles, including unboxing, software setup, and coordinating desk pickups/shipping for remote employees.
•Perform MacBook decommissioning for returns and offboarding, including asset logging, removing Apple IDs, clearing MDM profiles, and erasing devices via Disk Utility.
•Support IT support tickets through initial triage and troubleshooting to resolve issues within established SLAs.
•Maintain hardware and peripherals for conference rooms, common areas, and desks.
•Maintain high data hygiene across asset management and ticketing systems.

Key Requirements

•Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
•Working familiarity with macOS; Windows experience is a plus.
•Detail-oriented with the discipline to follow a multi-step SOP without skipping steps.
•Strong written and verbal communication skills.
•Able to work on-site at the Orlando office and lift/relocate computer equipment up to 60 lbs.
