Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead development and assessment activities to support package development, including design requirements, change scope, proposals, risk assessments, and test plan/results analysis.
  • •Plan and execute production line trials and qualification tests at plants; document observations, procedures, results, and conclusions.
  • •Identify and lead packaging initiatives for cost optimization and sustainability.
  • •Troubleshoot packaging attributes using root-cause analysis and support quality/optimization problem-solving with data-driven decisions.
  • •Create and manage packaging specifications and BOM reviews, collaborate cross-functionally, and engage with suppliers and plant operations teams.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in packaging engineering or a related engineering field (strongly preferred).

  • •Knowledge of label substrates, films, corrugated, folding carton, laminations, printing techniques, and artwork/graphics development.
