Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with the Global R&C CAO team and senior leaders to understand priorities, performance and delivery challenges across Lines of Business and Global sub-functions.
  • •Identify trends, risks, opportunities and emerging themes, generate ideas for improved performance and challenge assumptions and plans.
  • •Support integrated business management across performance, people, priorities, governance and organisational effectiveness using centrally produced management information.
  • •Coordinate business planning and governance rhythms, ensuring priorities, dependencies and actions remain visible and connected; execute business change and organisational design for cost and FTE plans.
  • •Lead, coach and develop direct reports and support performance, talent and succession management across the team.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong understanding of business management, organisational performance, and strategy execution.
  • •Ability to interpret financial, workforce and operational information and connect it to business context and decisions.
  • •Sound awareness of internal control and operational risk within Risk & Compliance.
  • •Demonstrated success using business/financial/workforce insight to influence senior decisions and improve outcomes.
  • •Strong stakeholder management experience in a complex global matrix organisation, including shaping and delivering people/capability plans.
