  • •Define and execute the strategic business plan for Hygienic Fluid Handling, covering Capital Sales and After Sales aligned to local, divisional, and global objectives.
  • •Lead and scale the commercial organization by directing, coaching, and providing accountability to Sales Managers and functional leaders across customer-facing, technical, and business-support teams.
  • •Develop and execute growth strategies to drive revenue, profitability, market share expansion, and long-term customer value across key target markets.
