Architect compliance and security into Duo’s engineering delivery by translating requirements like FedRAMP, EU Cyber Resilience Act (CRA), and Post Quantum Cryptography (PQC) into executable engineering projects. Collaborate across Product, Security, SRE, and Duo Engineering to identify architecture gaps, triage CIAM issues, build AI-enabled tools, and provide auditor-ready application-level evidence and security questionnaires. Focus on connecting compliance to modern SaaS and microservices workflows.

Key Responsibilities

•Understand current production architecture to identify gaps for compliance requirements.
•Leverage AI for analysis and to build tools that help teams meet compliance requirements.
•Translate FedRAMP, CRA, PQC, and related requirements into engineering projects with clear scope, ownership, and execution paths.
•Triage CIAM (Cisco Incident Alert Manager) issues and coordinate remediation with Duo Engineering teams.
•Provide application-level compliance evidence for auditors and answer product and security questionnaires for customer reviews.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree with 12+ years of related experience, or Master’s with 8+ years, or PhD with 5+ years, including experience across software development lifecycles and project management practices.
•Experience in microservice-based architecture and building modern SaaS applications on AWS, GCP, or Azure.
•Experience designing and building AI-enabled tools and working with existing software implementations.
•Experience in regulatory compliance architecture, including FedRAMP, CRA, PQC, and related frameworks.
•Experience translating compliance and security requirements into engineering roadmaps and deliverables.
