•Run end-to-end operations of ecosystem growth programs, including grants, accelerators, hackathons, and startup competitions.
•Serve as an external representative of Ripple’s ecosystem programs at events and through ongoing founder and partner relationships.
•Ensure consistent, high-quality global execution across regions.
•Partner with Finance, Legal, Compliance, and Marketing to deliver programs and governance seamlessly.
•Monitor budgets, process payments, maintain CRMs/dashboards, and identify bottlenecks to implement process improvements.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 116,000 - 135,000 annually

Key Requirements

•5+ years operating global or multi-region accelerator, grants, or founder support programs for venture capital, FinTech, corporations, foundations, or startup ecosystems.
•Finance or fintech background with working knowledge of financial products, capital markets, payments infrastructure, or fintech ecosystems.
•Direct experience in crypto, blockchain, or Web3, including credibility with founders and developers in these ecosystems.
•Experience representing an organization externally to founders, grantees, investors, and developer communities.
•Proficiency with budgeting, financial reporting, and program toolings (CRMs/reporting and program/project management platforms).
