Deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience for Coach customers while meeting individual and store sales goals. Build lasting client relationships through product expertise and fashion styling, drive sales with cross-selling and tailored recommendations, and use mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling (including short-form video) to capture data and encourage repeat purchases. Support daily store operations including transactions, inventory processing, replenishment, and visual merchandising.
