Job Summary

Build the decision engine for better mental health outcomes by partnering with a cross-functional product team. •Partner inside the pod with Product, Engineering, Design, Ops, and Clinical stakeholders to define questions, metrics, guardrails, and decision rules.
•Design and analyze A/B tests and quasi-experiments with clear hypotheses, power considerations, and success criteria.
•Use funnel, cohort, segmentation, and lifecycle analysis to understand provider and patient experiences and where product changes matter most.
•Apply causal inference approaches (e.g., diff-in-diff, matching, regression-based designs) when experiments aren’t possible, with principled uncertainty quantification.
•Develop and operationalize predictive models (feature development, validation, backtesting, calibration) and monitor results post-launch.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 180,000 - 225,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Strong SQL and proficiency in Python or R for analysis and modeling.
•Depth in experimentation and causal inference under real-world constraints, with Bayesian experimentation strongly preferred.
•Practical modeling skills including feature engineering, model comparison, cross-validation/backtesting, calibration, and post-launch monitoring.
•Strong communication skills to explain complex work to non-technical audiences and connect recommendations to measurable outcomes.
