Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with managers and leaders on HR advice, employee relations, and people matters.
  • •Coordinate end-to-end recruitment, including workforce planning and manning requirements, with RCOE and key stakeholders.
  • •Write, review, and maintain position descriptions aligned with business requirements.
  • •Support onboarding and offboarding, performance management, and workplace investigations, grievances, and disciplinary processes.
  • •Maintain HR systems and employee records, support compensation/benefits/payroll compliance, and provide insights from HR data and people metrics.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or a related discipline.
  • •Preferably 4+ years’ experience as an HR Generalist or HR Business Partner.
  • •Strong experience across employee relations, performance management, and recruitment.
  • •Sound knowledge of Australian employment legislation, HR processes, and compliance.
  • •Demonstrated ability to provide trusted HR advice and coaching to managers and leaders; strong HR systems, reporting, and people data management skills.
