Job Summary

Job Function: Customer Support (Service Desk)

Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the customer go-to for end-to-end operational requests tied to each transaction.
  • •Coordinate movement of parts through exchange and return cycles, including coordination with SCL, FF, warehouses, and internal stakeholders.
  • •Facilitate customer returns end to end, ensuring parts ship and updates are reflected in business systems (including pool balancing and rejected returns).
  • •Identify customer late fees for core returns and trigger to CRT; resolve issues with parts arriving at customer store locations and RDCs.
  • •Gather and report customer SL metrics; manage daily operating rhythm and participate in customer reporting review meetings (daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly).

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of experience in a supply chain role.
  • •1+ year of experience in a customer facing role.
  • •Experience using or applying metrics to measure performance against projects to ensure high quality delivery.
  • •Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • •Ability to team effectively with communicators and business partners as part of a geographically-dispersed team.
