Process Leader

Lead day-to-day process and maintenance support for a production line at the Manchester Plant Trafford Park site. You’ll diagnose and resolve complex mechanical and process issues, execute maintenance and breakdown repairs, plan work using a “run to target” approach, and support manufacturing system execution. After an initial days assignment, you’ll move into a senior operating role on shift, coaching colleagues and helping deliver high-quality, safe branded production.
