Key Responsibilities

  • •Increase revenue and drive market development through direct sales to MFMs, OB/GYNs, and genetic counselors.
  • •Prospect and cultivate/maintain key relationships with targeted clinical customers.
  • •Create and implement a strategic business plan to grow revenue quickly in the assigned geography.
  • •Sell currently marketed products and support new product launches.
  • •Provide clinical insight and educational support/training for technical applications in clinical and/or surgical environments, while adhering to HIPAA/PHI requirements and training.
  • •Maintain current status on Natera training requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •Four-year university degree required in Bachelor of Science, Nursing or a related healthcare field.
  • •Minimum three years’ physician sales experience in diagnostic laboratory business, preferably a genetics laboratory.
  • •Background in medical or biological sciences, with clinical diagnostics preferred.
  • •Market knowledge and experience selling to OB/GYN or MFM strongly preferred.
  • •Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel, Gmail, and Salesforce.com.
