  • •Diagnose and repair vehicles to specifications across mechanical and electronic systems, and provide technical assistance to mechanical shop employees.
  • •Forecast departmental goals and objectives, monitor daily reports (including DOE, DOC, and sales productivity), and develop sales promotions.
  • •Develop, enforce, and monitor guidelines for working with customers to maximize customer satisfaction, including handling complaints immediately.
