Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage the overall effective and economical use of personnel, equipment, materials, and methods to meet construction, modification, maintenance, and quality standards.
  • •Supervise day-to-day facility maintenance activities and ensure preventive and corrective maintenance are completed per operational requirements, safety standards, and company procedures.
  • •Lead planning for the use of assigned personnel and resources to accomplish work operations efficiently and within established timelines and budgets.
  • •Coordinate and monitor maintenance staff, contractors, and service providers to ensure timely task completion and quality workmanship.
  • •Conduct regular inspections, review equipment deficiencies, implement corrective and preventive actions to minimize downtime, and maintain maintenance records and work orders.

Key Requirements

  • •7 years of job experience in facilities/maintenance operations.
  • •Manage subordinate personnel and oversee construction, modification, and maintenance while meeting physical plant standards and service continuity goals.
  • •Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance is completed according to operational requirements, safety standards, and company procedures.
  • •Lead planning and coordination of maintenance staff, contractors, and service providers to meet timelines and quality expectations.
  • •ERP systems knowledge, preferably SAP functional skills; knowledge of building systems and preventative maintenance scheduling techniques.
