Key Responsibilities

•Inspect, diagnose, and repair vehicles to CarMax quality and safety standards.
•Collaborate with a skilled team to solve technical challenges quickly and effectively.
•Gain hands-on experience reconditioning vehicles across domestic and foreign models.
•Uphold CarMax’s commitment to customer satisfaction and trust.
•Follow CarMax Environmental, Health and Safety (EH&S) requirements and maintain a clean and orderly work area.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 24.7 - 41.94 hourly

Key Requirements

•Experience in engine repair, steering and suspension, brakes, and HVAC systems.
•Strong understanding of health and safety compliance.
•Ability to lift heavy objects and work on your feet for extended periods.
•Skilled at managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
•Valid driver’s license; where required, maintain ASE certifications (A1, A2, A3, A4, A5, A6, A7, A8).
