Key Responsibilities

  • •Investigate and validate complex software-related customer concerns across vehicle domains using logs, diagnostic data, telemetry, and field reports.
  • •Reproduce defects and support investigation of intermittent, difficult-to-reproduce software issues in collaboration with engineering teams.
  • •Monitor field performance of software releases and OTA deployments, identify emerging risks, and validate fixes after deployment.
  • •Analyze warranty, service repair, telematics, customer feedback, and software diagnostics to identify recurring failure signatures and quantify customer impact.
  • •Manage software-related field issues end-to-end, support root cause analysis and corrective actions, and drive reduction in repeat service visits related to software behavior.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • •6+ years of experience in automotive software quality, systems engineering, diagnostics, validation, field quality, or software development.
  • •Strong understanding of vehicle software architectures, diagnostics, and system interactions.
  • •Experience analyzing logs, telemetry, diagnostic traces, and software performance data.
  • •Strong problem-solving and root cause analysis skills with cross-organization collaboration and excellent technical communication.
