Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and maintain pricing models and cost inputs for multiple federal contract types (FFP, T&M, cost plus, IDIQ, OTA).
  • •Create price narratives, business volumes, and basis of estimate (BOE) documentation.
  • •Analyze RFPs/RFQs and solicitations for pricing requirements, cost risk, and compliance considerations.
  • •Review internal and subcontractor cost inputs for completeness, accuracy, and reasonableness; perform cost realism analysis.
  • •Support Price to Win (PTW) and competitive pricing research, prepare financials (including cash flow analysis), and ensure pricing artifacts comply with FAR/DFARS and solicitation requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of pricing or financial analysis experience, ideally in government contracting.
  • •Strong Microsoft Excel skills for financial modeling and cost analysis.
  • •Knowledge of FAR/DFARS government contract pricing regulations, especially FAR Parts 12 and 15.
  • •Attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple proposals simultaneously.
  • •A CPP or similar certification is a plus; communicate clearly and collaborate cross-functionally in a remote environment.
