Job Summary

Own the end-to-end strategy and execution of Harvey’s flagship global events program, including defining FORUM’s vision, positioning, roadmap, and global footprint. Lead and scale the events team across production, content/programming, and marketing enablement. Partner with Brand/Product Marketing and GTM leaders to drive sales acceleration through invite/registration, attendee experience, partner ecosystems, and measurable P&L performance.

Key Responsibilities

•Own FORUM’s strategy end to end, including vision, positioning, geographic footprint, format, and multi-year roadmap.
•Build, manage, and develop the FORUM team across production, content/programming, and marketing enablement.
•Own content/programming and the creative bar for FORUM, including themes, session formats, speaker lineup, and experiential design.
•Design the invite and registration strategy and drive attendee journey from save-the-date through post-event follow-up.
•Own FORUM P&L, manage RFPs with the Event Production Lead, and build systems/playbooks to scale globally while maintaining quality.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 187,700 - 282,500 annually

Key Requirements

•10+ years designing and delivering flagship owned events at scale, including executive engagement and integrated brand activations.
•Proven experience building, managing, and developing high-performing events teams (hiring, coaching, retention).
•Experience owning content and programming for large events, including themes, session formats, and speaker curation.
•Experience designing invite and registration strategies for high-consideration audiences and running the RSVP funnel end to end.
•Strong business acumen and financial discipline, including owning and optimizing significant event budgets to drive ROI.
