  • •Proven track record of leading and motivating large teams, setting objectives and defining responsibilities.
  • •Significant experience in a high-volume, high-pace manufacturing environment, preferably food manufacturing.
  • •Strong IT systems and methodology experience, including SAP and MS Office packages, plus lean and continuous improvement methods.
  • •Knowledge of Health & Safety legislation and ideally food safety standards.
  • •Highly organised and analytical with a pragmatic approach to problem-solving and excellent communication skills.
