Job Summary

Own end-to-end delivery and client relationship management across strategic SAP accounts. Lead delivery governance, milestone planning, and risk management across multiple concurrent SAP initiatives (including S/4HANA programs, AMS, enhancements, and GTS). Serve as the primary delivery partner for CIO/IT leaders, drive executive forums, manage financial and commercial performance, and mentor project managers and SAP functional/technical leads while promoting continuous improvement and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

•Own end-to-end delivery for assigned SAP accounts, ensuring alignment to scope, timelines, budget, and quality commitments.
•Oversee multiple concurrent SAP initiatives (including S/4HANA programs, AMS, enhancements, GTS, and innovation initiatives) with disciplined execution tracking and milestone management.
•Serve as the single point of accountability for delivery outcomes and manage client expectations, escalations, and satisfaction through executive governance (Steering Committees, QBRs, delivery reviews).
•Establish delivery governance and risk management frameworks (change control, dependency tracking, health checks) and manage complex multi-vendor, multi-geography delivery environments.
•Lead financial and commercial ownership across accounts (margin, forecasting, utilization, billing milestones, revenue realization) and mentor project managers and SAP functional/technical leads.

Key Requirements

•15+ years of SAP/IT experience and 10+ years of SAP program/delivery management experience.
•5+ years of S/4HANA experience, with strong exposure to client-facing leadership roles.
•Proven experience managing SAP delivery for large enterprise clients across S/4HANA programs, AMS delivery, and enhancement initiatives.
•Strong financial and commercial management skills, including margin, forecasting, and cost management.
•Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field; SAP Activate Certification preferred.
