  • •Drive branch business development and revenue through small business development, new client strategies, and growth routines (appointments, outbound calling, prospecting).
  • •Promote the Truist Purpose, Mission, and Values; support a positive public image in the community and build the Truist brand.
  • •Ensure compliance with internal controls, operational procedures, risk management policies, and the Truist Code of Ethics, partnering with IRM and operations partners to complete required training.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and related training or experience.

  • •Must be SAFE Mortgage Licensing Act compliant within 30 days of employment, including new or transfer of registration and an applicable NMLS background check.
