Job Summary

Drive profitable growth for Zurich Direct Markets by expanding Finance & Insurance book of business with new and existing auto dealer customers in the West Division. You’ll cultivate dealer relationships, promote F&I products, coordinate with internal stakeholders, and participate in industry events, all while working remotely from a base in the Western US.

Key Responsibilities

•Cultivate relationships and assist in driving production in current accounts and obtaining referrals for new F&I business opportunities in the Large Franchised Automotive Dealers space
•Support performance and key initiatives to help drive growth and profitability through ongoing training and development within the dealerships
•Communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders via the relevant medium – email/intranet/newsletter to maintain good relationships
•Attend conferences, seminars, training events and other meetings to promote Zurich’s marketing efforts, as needed
•Understand and respond to changing technology/IT requirements of customer accounts and gain internal buy-in to maintain good relationships.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 145,000 - 170,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s Degree and 2+ years of experience in sales
•High School Diploma or equivalent and 4+ years of experience in sales
•Strong knowledge of sales principles, techniques, and terminology
•Dealership training experience
•Advanced knowledge of technology within the dealership
