Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as the main technical adviser on-site for subcontractors, contractors, and the site team.
  • •Monitor site progress and ensure work follows K&A specifications and QC procedures, including document reviews (submittals, RFI, shop drawings).
  • •Review material submittals and shop drawings to verify compliance with K&A standards, specifications, and local codes; forward approvals.
  • •Conduct site inspections to confirm works are carried out per approved shop drawings and K&A standards.
  • •Prepare regular progress reports and supervise supervision file filing/archiving, supporting correspondence and contractor payment reviews as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  • •8+ years of experience in an engineering function in a contracting company or a construction supervision function.
  • •Experience within the Middle East.
  • •Knowledge of construction supervision services and understanding of international engineering standards and codes.
  • •Proficiency in spoken and written Arabic and English, with strong communication, planning, attention to detail, and time management skills.
