Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the development, implementation, and periodic review of treasury governance frameworks, policies, and procedures across the Group.
  • •Coordinate strategic projects including new product approvals, regulatory change implementation, and system upgrades.
  • •Facilitate alignment and governance consistency across treasury internal units to ensure adherence to Group standards and operating frameworks.
  • •Prepare management reports and performance dashboards covering KPIs, risk metrics, and initiative progress.
  • •Coordinate internal and external audits and closure of findings; support documentation and approvals for key treasury committees (ALCO, Market Risk, Product Governance).

Key Requirements

  • •6–9 years’ experience in treasury governance, risk management, or project-management within banking or financial markets.
  • •Strong understanding of treasury products, systems, and control frameworks.
  • •Experience supporting initiatives such as system implementations, new-product rollouts, or policy redesign across multiple treasury entities.
  • •Excellent coordination and communication skills to manage cross-functional and cross-location deliverables.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field; PMP or CFA qualification advantageous.
