Customer Reliability Engineer - Infrastructure

As a Customer Reliability Engineer, you will own the reliability of the underlying cloud infrastructure and Kubernetes clusters, respond to incidents, and triage with customers to ensure problems are permanently resolved or monitored. You’ll build out monitoring/alerting, automate daily ops, influence product architecture, and provide white-glove guidance to production deployments across a distributed, multi-cloud environment.
