Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide ongoing calendar, meeting, travel, preparation, and administrative support to EPDA department heads and the CTO, with the deepest proactive coverage for the CTO and VP Engineering.
  • •Prepare agendas, briefs, presentations, and decision materials, and track commitments through completion for EPDA leadership.
  • •Run and improve EPDA operating cadences including leadership meetings, planning cycles, OKR reporting, all-hands preparation, and internal communications.
  • •Manage visibility into technology vendor spend and utilization, and support procurement, renewals, budgeting, and contract negotiations with Finance, Legal, Security, and functional owners.
  • •Project-manage cross-cutting security, privacy, compliance, and audit-readiness work by setting owners, milestones, dependencies, risks, and escalation paths.
Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in executive operations, executive business partnership, business operations, technical program management, or a similar high-trust role in a fast-growing technology company.
  • •Direct, concurrent support of multiple VP- or C-level leaders, with strong complex calendar management, meeting preparation, travel planning, and follow-through.
  • •Ability to operate across technical or product functions and build credibility with Engineering, Product, Design, and Analytics.
  • •Experience managing budgets or vendor spend, including procurement, renewals, and contract negotiations.
  • •Strong communication and judgment, including the ability to turn incomplete inputs into clear briefs, OKR reports, presentations, and company updates.
