Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain SharePoint specification review system and process customer specification review requests.
  • •Collaborate with Product Metallurgy, Analytical Services, and Mechanical Test Labs to determine testing requirements and develop spec codes.
  • •Process new revisions of society specifications (AMS, ASTM, ASME, etc.) and maintain the Internal Master Specification System (IMS).
  • •Access customer portals for the latest specification revisions and maintain the Fixed Flow SharePoint System.
  • •Develop and update quality procedures and assist with implementation/maintenance of a new Oracle ERP system for specification review and melt codes (MES - PSI).

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree OR four years of experience in a heavy industrial quality or technical focused role.
  • •Knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
  • •Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • •Ability to communicate effectively with internal teams, Sales, and Test Labs.
  • •Knowledge of order entry process, product structure, and testing is helpful.
