Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the single point of contact and trusted partner for business data, reporting, analytics, and decision support across the Compressor Division.
  • •Own standardized dashboards, scorecards, and business-review packs for orders, revenue, backlog, pipeline, pricing, margins, inventory, delivery, service, and key operational KPIs.
  • •Perform commercial and growth analytics across customers, regions, channels, industries, and sales to improve pipeline governance, win-loss insights, pricing discipline, and forecast accuracy.
  • •Develop visibility into installed base and aftermarket metrics (contract coverage, parts potential, warranty conversion, renewals, churn, and replacement cycles) to identify next-best opportunities.
  • •Automate recurring workflows and build secure self-service solutions using Power BI, SQL, Python, Power Query, Power Automate, and approved AI tools while ensuring data governance and quality.

Key Requirements

  • •Business analytics, BI, commercial excellence, management reporting, or decision support experience.
  • •Experience in compressors, industrial equipment, capital goods, manufacturing, industrial services, or B2B environments (preferred).
  • •Bachelor’s degree in engineering, statistics, mathematics, economics, computer science, analytics, finance, or related discipline.
  • •Maintain KPI definitions, data ownership, validation rules, and reporting calendars with high data reconciliation accuracy.
  • •Use automation tools to create secure, traceable, validated self-service solutions.
