Job Summary

Apply formulation science, polymer materials, and physical chemistry to develop delivery technologies and novel formulation strategies for fragrance, flavor, nutrition, health, beauty, and care applications. Lead cross-functional innovation projects, design and execute research programs with experiments and data analysis, and translate scientific discoveries into practical solutions and intellectual property opportunities. Key Responsibilities

•Lead and contribute to global, cross-functional innovation projects with research, development, and business teams.
•Design, plan, and execute research programs, including experiments, data analysis, documentation, and results communication.
•Develop novel delivery systems and formulation strategies to improve product performance across health, beauty, and care applications.
•Monitor scientific and technology trends to identify opportunities and support innovation and intellectual property development.
•Provide technical guidance, ensuring lab activities comply with safety, health, and environmental standards, and support customer-facing technical work.

Key Requirements

•PhD in Chemical Engineering, Physical Chemistry, Polymer Science, Food Science, Materials Science, or a related discipline.
•Strong research experience in formulation science, delivery technologies, encapsulation, or polymer processing.
•Hands-on laboratory experience using analytical techniques such as thermal analysis, light scattering, and rheology.
•Ability to design experiments, interpret complex data, and translate findings into practical formulation solutions.
•Experience in consumer products, flavors and fragrances, nutrition, beauty, or personal care industries is an advantage.
