  • •Execute corporate financing and capital markets transactions (e.g., revolving credit facilities, asset-backed term loans, structured finance) from term sheet through closing.
  • •Draft, review, structure, and negotiate term sheets and definitive agreements, including credit agreements, guarantees, and security packages.
  • •Support due diligence and manage document flow and closing logistics across outside counsel and internal teams.
  • •Assist with post-closing covenant compliance.
