Key Responsibilities

  • •Implement, monitor, and continuously improve project-specific HSE plans and procedures.
  • •Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and assessments to verify compliance with project requirements, Mexican regulations, client standards, and industry best practices.
  • •Ensure contractor and subcontractor compliance with approved HSE plans, safe work practices, permit-to-work systems, and project safety procedures.
  • •Lead safety inductions, toolbox talks, risk awareness campaigns, and workforce safety initiatives; review JHAs, risk assessments, method statements, and safe work procedures before execution.
  • •Monitor high-risk activities, investigate incidents with root-cause analysis, track HSE performance metrics and corrective actions, and maintain accurate HSE records and regulatory documentation.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of HSE experience supporting large-scale construction projects.
  • •3+ years on data center, industrial, manufacturing, energy, infrastructure, or mission-critical construction projects.
  • •Strong knowledge of Mexican HSE regulations, including NOM-STPS (Construction Safety) and related work-at-height/PPE requirements.
  • •Demonstrated experience implementing/monitoring project HSE plans and contractor safety programs, including inspections, audits, incident investigations, and risk assessments.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline.
