Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee and perform all phases of rigging up and down of Sand Control service line equipment at the well site.
  • •Provide planning for the job, including instructions to the crew and equipment used, including dispute resolution to approved levels.
  • •Coordinate and direct service operators during rigging up/down and coordinate assembly and preparation of equipment for installation and service.
  • •Ensure customer satisfaction with work performed and coordinate cleanup, repair, and preparation of equipment for the next job.
  • •As needed, perform data collection/distribution and perform necessary calculations for the total job at the well site; provide input on subordinate performance and train to enhance job performance.

Key Requirements

  • •Oversee and perform sand control service rigging up/down and handle complex, hazardous, and high-profile jobs on work locations.
  • •Minimum 4 years experience as a Svc Supv-Sand Control, I, with exceptional skills in the service line and general understanding of other service functions.
  • •Successful completion of company tests and required task guidelines, and completion of Stimulation 1, II and Safety training courses.
  • •Knowledge of Halliburton Energy Services rules and regulations plus Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) practices and guidelines; ability to comply with HSE procedures.
  • •Basic math (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) and basic reading/writing skills; basic computer skills preferred (and commercial vehicle driving licensure may be required).
