Job Summary

Lead a comprehensive onboarding and training program to become a Financial Center Manager, with rotations across Operations, Sales & Service, Lending, and Small Business. After training, deepen consumer and small business relationships through consultative selling, financial needs assessments (FNA), and proactive assignment of customers to the right banker. Support and coach a team, reinforce core values, collaborate in a One Bank culture, and participate in community activities.

•Complete FCMA onboarding and training, including consultative selling skills certification.
•Build and deepen consumer and small business customer relationships and deliver a memorable customer experience.
•Maintain working knowledge of Fifth Third products, services, processes, and internal resources to guide and lead the team.
•Use the consultative sales process to identify financial needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
•Develop and coach a team to reinforce core values and execute an integrated book of business strategy using financial needs assessments (FNA).

Travel: Low travel

Salary: USD 45,100 - 85,600 annually

Key Requirements

•Complete the FCMA roadmap and onboarding from day one through program completion, including a Consultative Selling Skills Certification.
•College degree or 2+ years of leadership experience in a sales environment.
•Ability to professionally represent Fifth Third Bank in verbal and written communication.
•Capable of analyzing credit and financial information.
•Ability to execute and coach sales activities with strong business acumen and sound decision-making.
