Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the Wealth governance, risk, and oversight framework across products, platforms, and customer journeys.
  • •Provide risk partnership, independent challenge, and oversight across the Wealth business.
  • •Ensure governance and control frameworks are embedded throughout the product and change lifecycle.
  • •Oversee regulatory and policy adherence, including risk identification, incidents/issues, remediation, and escalation.
  • •Provide end-to-end governance for significant product/platform/journey change and drive continuous improvement in the control environment.
